1. After placing an order, as long as it is not shipped, you can contact customer service to cancel the order and complete the refund within 24 hours.
2. When shipping, we will take pictures of the inside of the parcel and send them to customers by email, and also update the express tracking number to customers to be able to track the location of the parcel at any time.
3. If customers receive the goods are not satisfied with the product, we provide a return label and a full refund (courier will pick up the goods at home).
4. We will reissue parts free of charge for damage caused by the transportation process. If the damage caused by the customer, we will be shipped at cost price for the customer.
