Customized Type

1.Customers change the color and material of the metal frame of the lamps and lanterns wire length and link rod length. Some customers ceiling load bearing is not enough, we will replace the customer's light fixture material and into stainless steel or iron.
2.Customized bulb quantity.For example, the same ceiling tray increases the number of heads from one to two.

3.Customized number of layers of lamps and lanterns.Example: change from a two-tier to a six-tier framework.

1. If you want to customize some special size or color when you choose the lamps on our website, please provide us with the following information:

• Product link or model number of the product.
• Color and size or other information you need to customize.
• If possible, please send us your actual application scenario

2. Lamps from other websites or physical stores. Please provide us with the following information:

• Pictures or design drawings or website links you have.
• Specify the base size, material, color, bulb type or others.

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders and worldwide, fast&safe shipping.
• Shipping Time: Normally, we need 1-3 natural days to arrange the order and 3-7 natural days to deliver for most orders.    However, when the product size exceeds 41 inches, we may need to ship by Ocean Shipping. 25-35 natural days for delivery.For more shipping information, please view our "shipment-policy" 
• Package: We always check and pack all goods carefully before shipping, lamps are packaged in thick wooden boxes to prevent scratches or breakage. And we are always responsible for our products during the warranty period and support customers after that time.

Return

• All orders (if applicable)can be returned within 90 days of receipt and we will give you full return. For more information, please view our "Returns and Refunds".

Step 1:

All of our products come with free shipping, and each lighting fixture includes a complimentary light bulb. The listed price for website products includes shipping and all applicable taxes, so customers don't need to pay any additional fees.

Step 2:

Before placing an order, customers can refer to the website specifications. If any changes are needed in terms of color, material, wire length, lighting fixture type, or light bulb color temperature, please contact our customer service team. We offer free customization services; for more details, please visit the customization page.

Step 3:

Upon receiving an order, we will send an order confirmation email. Customers have a 48-hour window to cancel their order.

Step 4:

All lighting fixtures undergo a thorough inspection and are photographed prior to shipment. Products in stock will be shipped within two days, while other fixtures may take approximately 3-7 days to be crafted before shipment.

Step 5:

We will arrange the transportation method based on the size of the lighting fixture. Air transportation takes 5 to 7 days, while sea transportation takes 25 days. If necessary, we can provide actual photos of the lighting fixtures and packaging.

Step 6:

Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the lighting fixtures. If any damage is observed, take photos or videos and contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you with free returns or exchanges.

Step 7:

Within two years of installation, we offer complimentary replacement light bulbs for the lighting fixtures. If any small components are damaged, we also provide free replacement parts, such as crystal connectors, etc.
